umisushi believes to be the first in Singapore to deliver its festive specialities to your doorsteps even on the first day of Lunar New Year, 10th February 2013. Available from now till 24 February 2013, orders can be made via their delivery hotline 6265 5545 or their newly launched online ordering website, http://www.umisushi.com.sg.

The umi Yusheng comes in two sizes, Regular $38.80 and Large $52.80. umi Yusheng consists of all of the auspicious ingredients needed for your traditional prosperity Yusheng, plus a special add-on: crispy fried salmon skin! You will also receive a complimentary Giant Placemat to help you clear the tossing aftermath!

2. This giveaway is opened to residents in Singapore only.
3. Giveaway ends at 23:59 on Sat, 2 Feb 2013  (GMT +8). Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to qualify, otherwise another winner will be chosen.
4. Winner to self-collect Yu Sheng with redemption vouchor at any umisushi outlet from now until 24 February 2013 (prior phone reservation required).

My favourite item is the sashimi salmon as it is very tender and soft and it just compliments with the crispy crackers and the plum sauce that is mixed in the YuSheng. YumYumYum!!! :P

The salmon, it just add the al dente effect to the shredded veggies and without feeling guilty of putting on weight as I always think this is such a healthy dish. Yum.
