What mushroom did you use?
Hi Ippo! I use brown button mushrooms… you can use other types of mushrooms if you like (like shiitake, portebello, shimeiji) :wink:
did mushroom and garlic will add flavour to the rice right? otherwise will it taste bland?
yes mindy… they add flavour… and you need to add some salt too, else it will be bland.
can i add dried mushroom instead?

yes but you must soak them in hot water to soften first.
