A pineapple tart mould (cookie cutter) is used to make open-faced pineapple tarts. In Singapore, you can buy them from baking shops such as Phoon Huat (where I got mine from several years ago, as pictured above) or Kwong Cheong Thye.

How to Use

Pineapple Tarts Recipe
Use the outer cutter to press firmly on the rolled pastry dough (get pineapple tarts recipe here). Twist it around a bit to get a precise and defined cut.

Dust inner mould with liberal amounts of flour.

Fit inner mould firmly into outer cutter. Press firmly to imprint the design.
