Fun with Pita Pizza – Mushroom Pita Pizza
This is another one of my 15-minute “fast food” meal. I like to buy a box of assorted mushrooms and whenever I have leftovers, I use it for topping this mini pizza. Using the shortcut method of using pita bread as pizza crust, this personal size pizza can be whipped up in 15 minutes: 5 minutes to prepare & assemble, and 10 minutes to bake.
