What a great variety in the round-up! I also love that there are a lot of stir-fries because that’s my favorite way to enjoy broccoli :-)

Mushrooms are an awesome choice! You must have known I just picked up a large quantity of dried mushrooms of different varieties and they are just waiting to be used?? LOL

So disappointed that I didn’t submit mine. Was too tired over the baking and missed the deadline. :P

All the dishes look yummy, dishes that will make me have more rice. :-)
