Broccoli, Potato & Sausage Baked Rice (Step by Step Photos)

I cook everything in the rice cooker (using an upper rack to steam the broccoli & potatoes) and then transfer the cooked rice to a baking casserole in the oven. This baked rice is a fuss free and delicious meal.

Chinese-Style Minestrone Soup

Can I call this a Chinese-Italian inspired recipe?The cooking is Chinese style, while cutting the vegetables to small pieces remind me of vegetable minestrone soup …. in fact, the taste also ends up a little similar to minestrone soup because of the diced vegetables and tangy taste of the tomato.
