Can I call this a Chinese-Italian inspired recipe?The cooking is Chinese style, while cutting the vegetables to small pieces remind me of vegetable minestrone soup …. in fact, the taste also ends up a little similar to minestrone soup because of the diced vegetables and tangy taste of the tomato.

Microwaved Potatoes. This is a lifesaver recipe when you don’t have much time to cook. Who knows, maybe you can try passing these potatoes off as roasted or baked ones and see if anyone gets tricked ;)
