Novelty find in Bangkok - Japanese fast food called R Burger, touted as a "real Japanese healthy burger". I didn't see this when I visited Roppongi, Tokyo so it's real nice to find it in Bangkok =p
On its brochure it listed that the hamburger contains 1000mg marine collagen, fresh vegetables ...

This is a dish I like very much. And it isn't very hard to whip up! Ate this at Tung Lok Tea House last month and to my horror, they didn't garnish with tobiko, so I'd say un-bashfully that mine looks better (hee, just kidding, Tung Lok rocks, of course!).
