		<description>The gong gong is obviously one of the best tasting snails I have ever tasted especially when you buy it live from the wet market. The meat is more sweet and tender compared to those frozen ones. I find that the meat are more rubbery and tastes bland. The sauce looks delicious but I&#039;d prefer mine with sambal belacan.</description>
