    Is it the balsamic vinegar? The Brussels sprouts look a bit tanned.

      Yes due to the vinegar & also the browning in the oven. But definitely not chao ta/ burnt hehe

    You and me the same lah! I have been into lazy and healthy way to feed myself too. But for me, it is steaming. Actually steaming or roasting food can yield quite delicious dishes too. :)
