Steamed Prawns with Kaffir Lime Leaves and Lemongrass
Steamed Prawns with Kaffir Lime Leaves & Lemongrass. Check out the recipe at Pig Pig’s Corner.

I’m really happy when Ann of Pig Pig’s Corner invited me to guest post on her site. I’ve been reading Ann’s blog for some time, and she never fails to amaze me with the gourmet and restaurant-quality foods she whips up in her kitchen. Thank you Ann, for inviting me to guest post!

The recipe I made for her is steamed prawns with kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass. Most of us are familiar with the use of ginger when steaming seafood for adding aroma and removing any fishy smell, but the use of kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass can do the trick too. Check out the full recipe at Ann’s blog. Remember to check out the rest of her site at the same time – besides wonderful recipes, she and her husband also blog about food in London (where they are based) and their travels. Hope to see you there!
