Mocha Ice Blended Recipe

Serves: 1 glass

  • 1 packet of 3-in-1 instant coffee mix powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200ml milk
  • ice cubes (about 6-8, adjust accordingly)
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar to taste
  • whipped cream (optional)

  • a blender that can blend ice cubes

Just place everything in a blender and blend until the ice is nicely crushed to fine consistency. If you like, add whipped cream on top and dust cocoa powder over the whipped cream using a fine sieve.

If I decide to use Gloria Jean’s coffee powder instead of 3-in-1 instant coffee, may I know how much coffee powder must I use? Thank you.

Hi Kitty, I’ve not tried Gloria Jean’s coffee powder before. Maybe you can start with 1 tbsp and adjust from there. May need to add a bit more sugar since it’s not 3-in-1 :)

I made this for the first time before looking at this recipe. Just came here to check if I put things in correctly :)
