Mango Salsa Pasta

This is a simple, yet refreshing pasta salad punched with the goodness of mango. Fun to make and delicious. Great on its own, and as a soothing side-dish.

Enjoy the fruity sensation!

Mango Salsa Pasta

(Serves 1)

- Spiral Pasta (or macaronis), boiled according to package instructions
– 1 just-ripe mango, diced
– 1 small tomato, diced
– 1 small red onion, diced
– 1/2 small chilli padi, seeded & finely chopped
– grated zest & juice of 1 large lime
– chopped coriander (cilantro) leaves/parsley

In a bowl, just toss the ingredients together and mix well. That’s it! Yay!
