Hi, you mentioned a pressure cooker. I have been thinking of getting one. Can you tell me which model and brand you use and how much is it in Singapore? I live in Jakarta but go back to Singapore quite often. This recipe has quite convinced me I should get one!

I am a chef and when people ask me why food tastes so much better when you have it in a restaurant I always say there are 2 main reasons.....Seasoning the food properly is the first and the 2nd is making things like sauces and soups using proper stocks. There is nothing like a simple risotto made with vegetable stock like this one, delicious and such a clean and delicate flavor!

Yes, I have to make them weekly, (then freeze in portions) for my kids :) They simply have to have some kind of soup or sauce in their food every meal!
