Blueberry Smoothie
Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Adjust the milk for the consistency you like – less milk for thicker smoothie, and more milk for less thick consistency. You can also add in one ripe banana in the blend for extra sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 150 grams plain or greek yogurt
- 200 grams blueberries with extras for topping
- 75 ml milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey to taste
Directions:
Blend everything together until smooth. Pour into serving glass(es) and top with some fresh blueberries. Serve immediately.
