My most elaborate dish is Brocolii with tofu sauce
Wow I badly need (ok, want) a new microwave! My old one is a Samsung too, almost 7 years old now but it refuses to break down!

that would be indian style red chicken curry with carrots and potatoes(including the spices like star anise & etc all thrown in). although it took me almost 3 hours to get them all done. oh yeah, the white rice to go with the red curry was cooked in the microwave too.

The most elaborate dish I’ve prepared in a microwave is Baked macaroni with cheese. Sadly there is no microwave oven at home now and I need it badly. =(
Mine would be Orange Chiffon Cake. It’s amazing how the microwave can actually bake a chiffon cake that rise beautifully with soft & fluffy texture, comparable to a conventional oven.
