		<description>Vegetable-wise my kids will only eat (and getting tired of) brocolli, steamed, then drizzled with oyster sauce OR garlic oil... but not mixed. This recipe sounds so good (and the pictures - wow!). I am going to try it with gai-lan tonight and brocolli tomorrow! Thanks!</description>

		<description>I blanched some kai lan today and did it your way ie using garlic oil instead of my regular shallot oil.  It&#039;s a totally different taste and I must say it&#039;s actually quite good.  This will be my next alternative when I run out of shallot oil.  Thanks again!</description>
