So basically it’s a veggie burger on a steamed bun? It looks amazingly good! What was the sauce that is on the burger?

p.s. what is marine collagen???

That burger looks so good as it reminds me of a similar sandwich I had but with braised pork belly in the middle. :D I know it’s not healthy but did they sell one like that?!

Holy! This will be on my ‘must try’ list should I visit Bangkok in time to come. I wonder how the burger will taste like… The bun is sweet and the meat is salty. What a fusion of taste. 8O
