I love cold crabs too… though they are usually quite expensive. Hope you get a chance to sample some nice teochew food the next time you’re in Singapore… thanks for your kind words =D

wow, I love teochew food you know, especially cold crab, there are some superb teochew restaurants in HK and Singapore! I must try this one out the next time I’m in Singapore. beautiful pics btw! yummy!

I like Teocheow braised goose…yummy.

I think I will enjoy the braised goose meat. We are alike! I like to think that I can rinse away the fats with chinese tea, and makes me feel less guilty for pigging out. :o
