I had deep fever and stomach flu, and just happened that the last food I ate before falling sick was the cold noodles from one of the notable Japanese Restaurant, about 10 years back.
Till now, I have never touched this noodles again, and have fear to it.. Am still looking for solutions and ways to start eating this noodles again… Because I knew it was very nice..
Noob, can help me, or who else??

=O I’ve heard of food poisoning from foods like oysters, but hmm, never from soba! Well it happened ten years ago, maybe you should give it a try again
you can make some yourself instead of having it outside so u know it is prepared with the strictest hygiene

Actually I believed it was not due to its food hygiene, it was because soba happened to be the last food I ate before fell seriously sick. So, I have kinda ‘pyscological block’ towards it.
Hmm… Maybe i should try making my own as you suggested, but not sure how to make the sauce wor…

… kikkoman’s tempura & noodle sauce
