Spicy minced meat with tofu and mushrooms
January 14, 2008 – 10:18 pm by wiffyThis is a fave home-dish which I cook at least once a week. Goes really well with rice because it’s spicy and flavourful. The two hamsters at home really love tofu, so I really got to learn to make tofu dishes such as this and this as they eat so little and tofu can’t be kept long once opened. Not that we’re complaining though because we love tofu as well, and it’s healthy stuff (for a change). Do share with me if you chance upon any nice and easy tofu recipes ;p

4. Gently add beancurd and cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Take care not the break the tofu cubes.
5. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
