Prawn Avocado in Wasabi Dressing

Ingredients
(Serves 2)
1 avocado, diced
6 prawns, deviled
Raisins, a handful
1 tsp pine nuts
Sauce:
2 tsp wasabi powder
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp sake/white cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
1 tsp rice vinegar

Directions
Boil the prawns in a pot of water till cooked. Put avocado, prawns, raisins and pinenuts on a serving plate. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the prawn avocado and serve.

Yum yum! Pine nuts, I haven’t bought them for my hams for a long time. lol I like avocado, ’sinful’ with good fats. Hee, and I like wasabi too! So many yummy jap dishes lately, you make me drool.
